COMMISSION

I'm excited to open commissions for the first time in two years.
by inviting you into my process, I get to further dive into this practice of dismantling the portrait, using the eye as an anchor. color speaks volumes, and so does texture, a vocabulary all their own. the steadiness of the gaze offers familiarity, maybe even a safety, a place to land ~ while the fragmented features, or lack thereof, tell another story, one that doesn't muscle control.
If this series resonates with you, and you feel inspired to commission a custom original based on your own identity, a loved one, or even an unknown with an inspired color palette, secure your spot in the queue by placing a deposit.
*there are only 6 commission slots at this time*
estimated completion by December 2025
suggested sizing for this series:
18x24" canvas ~ $2600
24x30" canvas ~ $3400
(custom sizing is available upon request)
after you place your $500 deposit, you will receive an email with a few brief questions to guide the direction you'd like to go. we'll chat ideas, palettes, emotion, how to easily capture the reference photos I will need, etc. I will then begin sketching and creating a custom palette knife painting based on you and your particular story.
if you have one to tell, I want to hear it.
